Wellness Tip: How to Love Unconditionally

How to Love Unconditionally
by Zara Jane Juan

Loving is easy, giving conditions to love is hard. It's when we put the barriers to love that makes it difficult. So before ending up the beautiful feeling of loving & choose to be cold for the rest of our life, consider some tips on how to love unconditionally:

Tip # 1. Purify your heart.
The impression we make of people hinders our capacity to acknowledge the person's innocence. In our competitive world, children of working parents taught their kids to be careful & not too trusting. This deep seated thoughts became a habit that at the first instance of seeing people, we tend to assess before we give in.

To purify the heart is to develop the habit of trust, not the habit of attachment. These are two different words w/ two different meanings. Attachment is holding, it is dangerous as it results to control and/or emotional dependency.

Trust, on the other hand, is making the conviction to yourself that the person you are loving is innocent. Thus, in unconditional love, it is not the other person's responsibility to make himself or herself trustworthy, it is you who will develop the conviction that he/she is innocent.

Tip # 2. Give in twice as you were given

If the other person who loves you is giving you only 50%, double it and give 100%. If that person is already loving you 100% love him/her by 200%. Loving unconditionally is a release of your emotion inside to do more than just caring.

Caring is done not for yourself gratification but for the other's welfare. Thus, you must be ready to fore go yourself in order to care for the other. If you make this a habit then your learning how to practice loving unconditionally day by day and every second of the day.

Tip # 3. Loving is an act of charity

Sometimes we see charity as something that should only be given to the poor. And that if we see a person is rich materially, physically, intellectually, etc, we tend to think twice if this person still needs an act of charity.

Charity is a gift. Like Christmas gifts, everyone deserves it, whether rich or poor. To love unconditionally is not quantitative or qualitative; no selection; no segregation.

Tip # 4. Loving is a present

If loving is a gift, then it should be given as a present, literally, meaning now at the moment. To love unconditionally is to do it immediately! Say it, do it, right here, right now "or else, the moment will just pass away"

Tip # 5. Loving is forever

Unconditional love doesn't have a contract or a deal that if it breaks, the loving is gone. The person who loves unconditionally let that loving feeling stays even if the person is gone. The rationale behind is that, the feeling was already given and can't be taken back, not even by situations, not even by any person/s, not even by time.

Loving unconditionally is not martyrdom. It is in fact a smart choice to live. When one practices this type of loving, he/she may not get the same feeling of loving to the person he/she loves (and that doesn't matter anyway, as it is called, it's unconditional).

Now, why a smart choice to live? Because, the more you give the loving, the more you get it back. In the same manner, the more conditions you set in before you love someone, the more it is is harder for you to experience being loved.

Caution: In loving unconditionally, you don't get the good karma from the person you love, but you get it from nature, such that you get it from other people or favorable situations. However, don't expect too much, 'coz once you measure your good karma according to the unconditional love your giving, then again your breaking the rule of doing it, which is, to love without expecting anything in return.

HOW TO HEAL TRAUMA?

Healing Trauma:
We are composed of body, soul & spirit. Our body needs nourishment. Our soul or "psyche" needs enlightenment & our spirit or "breath of God" needs constant connection thru prayer. We need to keep this 3 parts of self healthy for holistic wellness. We can constantly work on being healthy, however it can ruined by simple trauma, more so, by huge traumas. Traumas should not be denied. We need to heal it as a responsible adult, otherwise, it will just file up one after the other & affect our personality, later on producing big stress as conflict arise at home & at work.

There are three (3) ways to heal trauma classified as
1. EXTENSIVE HEALING (3-7 days) - this requires a healthy heart
2. MODERATE HEALING (3-6 months)- longer process best for people w/ weak heart

Before healing the trauma, you must remember that your intention is to live and be healed. Thus, use only the technique that fits your lifestyle & health status. Do not go beyond what you can do. Take your time to choose the technique. Try it first and once your comfortable with it proceed, otherwise, use the other techniques. Be open, flexible & intelligent.

How to do it:

1. On Extensive Healing, use the FLOODING technique, that is the constant exposure of a person to the trauma. Exposure to the trauma with the intention of zooming in to all the senses & the various ways of learning the trauma through writing, viewing & interacting. Sensitivity workshops are ideal to this. For list of sensitivity workshops & healing methods check out the Innovative Mind & Body Book volume 6 "Is there really a closure?" in my facebook account

2. On Moderate Healing, use the FEEDBACK technique & MEDITATION technique.
-Feedback Technique requires that you need to be ready to have a "trusted emotionally balance matured friend with deep knowledge on the your trauma" as your guide. However, do not trust all out to prevent you self from emotional exploitation. Before starting your healing journey, you must check on his/her intention to help you. To check the intention, ask why the person is joining you in your healing journey. Be keen on the answer given and then give yourself the time to process it. If you are comfortable to the given reason & if you can also provide what is expected of you later on without loosing your virtues & principles then take the help. But, if you cannot accept or provide the reason given, that person is not your healing companion. Choose someone else until you find the better one for you. In the meantime that you are in the selection process of your healing companion, do the MEDITATION technique written below. After which, if you are ready with the requirement of FEEDBACK technique, then do it. First expose yourself to the trauma with your healing companion. After every exposure, initiate the discussion. Talk....talk...talk... Your healing companion will check and give you the feedback as you undergo the process. Your healing companion's views may be totally different from yours & at times it may cause conflict of principles or ideas. Be intelligent, maintain the balance thinking. Understand that all ideas have their face values. But only take those ideas and viewpoint that is consistent on your virtues & principles. This is a long process, interaction & journal ling of your exposure requires you to be consistent. You will learn from the feedback after you write it and draw your own conclusion. In the process of doing so, maintain a pure heart. For list of workshops that will support your healing journey check out the album Innovative Mind & Body vol 1 in my facebook account

-MEDITATION Technique
Another moderate way to heal your trauma is through the meditation technique. It is safe & requires no one but your own space, time & proper body nourishment. You must remember that while in the meditation technique you nourish yourself with small, light & very nutritious food. It is recommended that you eat fish & vegetable. If you are a vegetarian or a vegan, so much the better. Meat and heavy meals are discourage because it deters concentration & focus as the body's metabolism takes too much time on digesting the heavy food taken. Meditation requires for you to have a peaceful place away from distraction. You must have your own room with lock that will allow you to be alone for number of hours. Set your clock or mobile phone to do your meditation schedule. Minimum of 2 hours in the morning & 2 hours at nighttime before you sleep (suggested time is 4am-6am & 7pm-9pm). If you cannot do the straight 2 hours per session, alarm your cellphone as follows 6am-9am-12nn-3pm-6pm-9am & do staggered meditation at 20 mins per alarm. Remember to stick to your schedule for the sole purpose of healing. Remind yourself & do not ask others to remind you coz it will distract your focus. Meditation requires silence, so avoid socials & watching TV, listening to radio, etc. Meditation is shutting of senses that will open your being to the source above for guidance. The shutting of senses will take time BUT discipline is the key. To discipline yourself requires conviction, unless you have it, you cannot do it. So ask yourself why you need to meditate & stick to your reason as your torch every time you are face with distraction to meditate. To start with meditation, sit in a comfortable position (you can use the yoga position) with legs crossed and fingertips touching each other just like praying. Scientifically the touching of fingertips gives signal to your brain to be in attention & refrain from sleeping or falling. Close your eyes and start to meditate. As you do it, visuals run over your brain as if your watching a movie, just let it go, watch it unfolds one by one. There are moments that you will feel bad, you will cry, or be happy or have mixed emotions, just let go of your emotions alone, cry if you must, laugh out loud if you want, move, dance, sing, etc...release it to your heart's desire.... liberate yourself alone & be free..... Now go back to the original position of sitting down and relax..... then PRAY... continue doing this until you open the communication line to GOD. For procedure on how to start a prayer dialogue one-on-one, you may read the article published on Phil Daily Inquirer by following this link & find the album on PRAYER AS A TOOL published Phil Daily Inquirer Newspaper:

I hope these healing techniques are useful to you.
Remember that healing takes time, as the hospital will always says, your a patent, so be it until your healed, in due time you will be back on your toes and even better as a more healthy individual with holistic wellness of body, soul & spirit

In your healing journey, always take note of our doctor, the best that we can have & we feel the presence within and with the rest, and of course, you know it's GOD, unless you are not a believer, then that will take another session on spirituality for the next posting...

Thanks for reading! And all the best!

how to keep difficult friends?

Difficult friends by definition are those who irritates you, they annoy you of their ways, their ideas, their lifestyle and almost anything. Basically, they live a life almost totally different of how you want to live your life with. Now out of the billion people living in this planet, why the heck did u bump on this awful friend of yours. One reason: he is your "Piece of Mind that leads you to your Peace of Mind". He mirrors the things you hate, he is the exact replica of the creature you don't want to see in this planet. It's the exact opposite... and so do you to him, thus the force pull you together, opposite poles connect, like magnet! Whether you like it or not, the attraction is so strong, and you cannot get away from it. So before you loose your temper and commit sin, here are some tips on how can we live and stay with the person we hate.

1. Make a decision to do so. Itemize the reason why. Be objective, jot down all thoughts, all negative (of course all of them are!) and look down at the bottom if there is one positive reason why.
2. The positive reason may turn out to be: to decide to do so out of BRAVERY.
3. Bravery to process your thoughts "Your Piece of Mind to lead You to Your Peace of Mind"
4. If you are ready to face your enemy, step forward like a diplomat & start the connection
5. Remember, he won't take the shot unless you give him the ball. Make the 1st call.
6. Don't do script, don't rehearse, it will come out insincere. Instead just make a call out of pure innocence
7. What is innocence? It's a state of mind when you don't know. Nothing, no facts, no data.
8. Make a call out of curiosity with a clear vision that you need to know. Period.
9. Call with your clear intention & motive of understanding your enemy.
10. In this process, suspend all discriminatory remarks, let the other person speak, let him throw the ball. Do not comment. Create a climate where he feel relax to say his piece of mind finally to you!
11. Listen... listen... listen
12. While listening, you may get hurt of the comments about you. Restrict yourself from answering back to allow the person to enjoy the comfortable climate of talking to you.
13. Let your mind listen and your heart held back; control your passion.
12. Continue the conversation until he loose his defenses and see you as his friend
13. If you achieve a certain level of closeness, take a break from the conversation, so you can gather strength for the next session
14. Call again and do the same pattern. It may take several meetings before you can learn to understand the person. Be patient.
15. Patience is a state of mind relaxation that you float & glide with the flow because you trust the whole process...

So if you went this far doing these, you must be serious to maintain your enemy. And this is just the 1st stage: Making a Connection. On the next note, i will post you the 2nd stage: Establishing Pure Intimacy.

Good luck! Be still, stay connected... and I'll keep you posted :-)

ZARA features PARM

The Zone of Advocate for Refinement Anywhere (ZARA) will feature organizations who are activey involve in making our world a civilize place to live in. Our second feature: Philippine Academy of Rehabilitation Medicine (PARM)

What is the Philippine Academy of Rehabilitation Medicine?
http://www.eparm.org/

The Philippine Academy of Rehabilitation Medicine (PARM) is the national society of physiatrists in the Philippines. Physiatrist( fizz ee AT trist ) are the physicians who finished residency training program in Rehabilitation Medicine or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation ( PM& R ).

Rehabilitation Medicine as a specialty began in 1936 at the Mayo Clinic, USA to treat impairments or disabilities arising from the musculokeletal and neurological diseases or problems. The American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPM&R) was founded in 1938 and the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation was recognized in 1947. After World War II, as thousands of severely disabled veterans began to return home and looked for ways to lead productive lives, the specialty grew rapidly and focused its mission to enhance and restore functional ability and quality of life to those with physical impairments or disabilities. In the Philippines, the same scenario prevailed and was further compounded by the polio epidemic in the 1950's as well as the continuing disabling sequalae of other infectious diseases like tuberculosis and meningitis. These underscored the need for a specialty that should address the needs of the disabled patients. During the mid 50's , young Filipino doctors who became interested in Rehabilitation Medicine as a specialty left for the United States for further training. Most finished their residency training programs at the Rusk Institute in New York. However, only a few returned home to practice.

In 1960, a group of physiatrists and orthopedic surgeons interested in the field organized the Philippine Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with Dr. Abelardo O. Inocentes as its first President. The society then had an active membership of less than twenty. In 1974, the organization's name was changed to the Philippine Academy of Rehabilitation Medicine with Dr. Tyrone M. Reyes as its first President. With the establishment of four training institutions, the academy now boasts of about 300 members --- mostly homegrown specialists in the field and representing 1 of every 250 of all practicing physicians in the Philippines. The academy serves its members and their patients, as well as the other health professionals and society in general by fostering excellence in Physiatric practice, education, research and community service.

Acne Eruption under Stress (Natural ways to get rid of it & erase the mark it left)

Did you know that there are a number of natural ways to get rid of acne super fast? There are plenty of natural methods for dealing with acne, but if you are looking for expedient methods for getting rid of pimples you need to look no further than garlic and Siberian Ginseng.

Both Garlic and Siberian Ginseng help to alleviate acne quickly and you gain considerable health benefits when you rely on Siberian Ginseng and/or Garlic during your acne treatments too.

Garlic

You can literally consider Garlic as one of the best acne treatments on the planet. Garlic is loaded with antioxidants so it helps keep your skin great looking, but you also get anti-inflammatory and antibacterial benefits from garlic consumption too. If you want to apply Garlic as a topical remedy for acne formations, simply cut the clove and rub it on the acne formation when it appears. The cloves contain what is identified as allicin; the agent that supplies Garlic with its antifungal/antibacterial properties.

Siberian Ginseng

Some acne conditions are directly caused by sudden imbalances in your hormones; this is where Siberian Ginseng proves amazingly beneficial in terms of acne treatment. Siberian Ginseng, when consumed on a daily basis in capsule form, can help to balance out irregularities in the body; as an adaptogenic herbal treatment, this herb has long been used to rebalance hormonal issues that might be responsible for acne eruptions. Further, this herb assists the immune system which will also help in preventing acne eruptions.

These two are just methods are just two ways you can start implementing right now in your quest to learn how To Cure acne naturally. other things that people have used successfully include items such as basil, sandalwood, lavender and tea tree oil.

One of the thing you have to be aware of is that many of the many made products can do a good job to temporarily getting rid of the problem but they are useless for dealing with it long term, unless you choose to continually spend hundreds of dollars a year buying the product or the next product the manufacturer recommends.

Cures for acne, pimples, blackheads, whiteheads, zits and any things else or any other name you want to call acne problems, are big business for pharmaceutical companies. They make millions, perhaps billions of dollars a year from acne products and you have to realize that the really money for them is in your repeat business not your one time purchase. So they are motivated to create products that don't actually get rid of the problem unless you keep buying them and keep using them.

Using natural ways to get rid of acne is definitely the wise thing to do. Getting rid of this problem naturally will save you a lot of money and in the long run, prove a lot more effective.

For a quick overview of acne (also known as Acne vulgaris) you can take a look at Wikipedia's Acne general overview.

http://naturalwaystogetridofacne.com/
`
Should you have suffered from acne for several years you know the disappointment upon the realization that the pimples are gone but they have left scars. Numerous people have to deal with this problem and it frequently results in unnecessary stress and a slow deterioration in the afflicted person's self worth. Discovering how to get rid of pimple marks literally changes peoples lives.

Derealisation and depersonalisation
Smothering sensations and Shortness of breath
These sensations are amongst the more distressing anxiety symptoms. Sometimes it feels as if your chest will not expand to accommodate the air your body needs, other times it feels as if someone is pushing a pillow into your face. The one thing to remember should you experience this is that it is only a sensation caused by exaggerated nerve impulses. These symptoms will not and cannot harm you; you will not stop breathing, pass out or suffocate.

Racing heart, slow heart beat, palpitations
Anxiety releases adrenaline into the blood stream making the heart race and feel as if it is missing beats, (palpitations). This is perfectly natural and will not and cannot harm you in any way. Later I will discuss methods you can use to help stop these feelings. A slow heart beat is also a common feature of anxiety, again it does not mean that your heart will stop beating, it may feel odd and alarming but again do not give it any credibility and it will go away.

Chest Pain
Caused by muscle tension, chest pains can make you feel very scared. The initial reaction of anyone with anxiety who gets pains in their chest is that they are dying of a heart attack. This is not true. Heart pain is very different to this pain and very often does not start in the chest. Deep breathing and relaxation exercises are a very effective way of diminishing these unpleasant symptoms. If you can get somebody to massage your upper back, shoulders and chest, it will help to relax tired and achy muscles.

Lump in throat & Difficulty swallowing
Globus Hystericus is the correct term for this symptom. It is caused by the muscles in the throat contracting due to anxiety or stress. Sometimes it feels like you cannot swallow anything and trying to makes it worse. This is another example of a symptom, which will improve if you give it no credibility. It is totally harmless and will not cause you to stop breathing, eating or drinking, it is just very unpleasant.

Skin losing colour (blanching)
As blood is diverted to the muscles during the 'fight or flight' response, the fine blood vessels in your skin that gives the skin that pink, healthy colour receive reduced blood flow and the skin loses some of its colour. It is not dangerous and will return to normal as the body starts to normalise after an attack. Some people with generalised anxiety can look a little pale most of the time, again this is quite normal and will return to normal.

Sweating
Sweating is a normal bodily reaction and is designed to reduce the body temperature. As the body heats up sweat is released onto it through sweat glands. As the sweat evaporates it takes heat with it, cooling the body. During periods of anxiety the body is preparing itself for either flight or fight and releases sweat to cool the impending exertions. As the anxiety subsides sweat levels return to normal.

Shaking or shivering (Visibly or internally)
We all shake or shiver when we are nervous or cold. Shaking is a normal reaction to fear and/or a drop in body temperature. Shaking occurs when the muscles spasmodically contract creating friction between muscles and other body tissues. This friction creates heat which raises body temperature. During anxiety it is quite normal to experience shaking or shivering. It will pass.

Neck & shoulder pain & numbness in face or head
The blood vessels and nerves, which supply the face and head, originate in the neck and shoulders. Many of these nerves and blood vessels are routed across the head to the face. When the body is under stress these areas of the body are usually the first to become tense. Facial numbness can be very disturbing but is usually nothing to worry about and is usually the result of this tension.

Rapid gastric emptying
This can be a very unpleasant side effect of both anxiety and tranquilliser use. This condition causes the sufferer to feel full very early on in a meal, sometimes making them feel as if they cannot breathe. Then soon after eating they can experience diarrhea and feel as if their whole digestive system is emptying very quickly indeed.

Indigestion, heartburn, constipation and diarrhea
During periods of anxiety the body diverts blood from various parts of the body to the muscle tissues in order to supply them with the oxygen needed by them during the flight or fight response. One of the main areas where blood is used most is around the digestive tract. Blood is sent there to absorb nutrients from the food we eat. As blood is diverted away from the stomach during anxiety, the digestion slows and the muscles around the stomach can become knotted. This can cause indigestion, heartburn and diarrhea or constipation.

Sexual Dysfunction
Impotency, or failure to achieve or maintain an erection, effects many men for many reasons, sometimes there is a physical reason for this but more often than not there is a psychological element.

Symptoms of urinary tract infection
Medication can have many and some times quite obscure side effects including the symptoms of a urinary tract infections. It is always advisable to get these things checked out by your doctor but even if you do have an infection it can be easily treated. Drinking plenty of water is always advisable to maintain good, general health but even more so when the body is under stress.

Skin rashes
Skin rashes, spots or dryness are all very common symptoms of anxiety and stress. It is quite common to get an eczema like rash around the nose, cheeks and forehead. They are nothing to worry about and usually disappear when you start to feel better.

Weakness in arms & tingling in the hands or feet
The flight or fight response is an intense reaction and causes many systems of the body to react. Circulation, blood oxygen and blood carbon dioxide levels change and muscle tension is altered in preparation for action. All of these bodily changes have a profound effect on bodily sensations, feeling week in the extremities, (arms, hands, legs or feet) is one of these sensations.

Tingling is usually caused by the pooling of blood carbon dioxide in the limbs, shaking the hands, arms, legs and feet can help increase circulation to these areas. These symptoms are not harmful and will return to normal. Light exercise is very helpful in reversing these sensations. THEY DO NOT MEAN YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A STROKE OR ANY OTHER NEUROLOGICAL CONDITION!

Electric shock feeling anywhere in the body
The nervous system is a very complex network of electrically charged nerves which are found in every square centimeter of your body, around every organ, muscle and across your skin, the largest organ in the body. Abnormal nerve impulses due to anxiety can cause a vast array of strange sensations; although quite harmless these can be very disturbing.

Dry mouth
As fluids are diverted for use in other parts of the body during anxiety, the mouth becomes dry. Sip water or suck sweets to lubricate your mouth. In extreme cases your doctor can prescribe a liquid to do this but it is expensive. It cannot harm you and will go away after the anxiety subsides.

Insomnia
One of the more distressing effects of anxiety, insomnia is the inability to fall asleep or to remain asleep. It is important to regain regular sleep patterns as lack of sleep can lead to disturbing symptoms. Follow this link to The Linden Method cure for insomnia

Nightmares
Dreams and nightmares tend to mimic what is going on in our daily lives. If we are relaxed and contented we have pleasant dreams and usually do not remember them. If we are disturbed or confused our dreams are more likely to be too. Nightmares are unpleasant but harmless, the more you master good sleep and practice breathing and relaxation exercises the better your dreams will become.

Fears of going mad or losing control
We all have a fear of going mad or losing control but rest assured you are not going mad. Going mad is not a conscious act; those who are suffering from severe mental illness are unaware of their journey into it. You are not going mad. Confused nervous messages to the brain along tired nerves in a tired body do not constitute madness.

Thoughts are an unconscious product of brain activity. If you are anxious, angry, sad or stressed your thoughts are affected, not only by mood, but also by your physical body chemistry. Blood oxygen levels can affect brain activity and the central nervous system, as can many other bodily chemicals like adrenaline, hormones and even vitamins. These un-pleasant thoughts, emotions and totally irrational fears are not harmful to yourself or others. Any thoughts of harming yourself or other people are perceived only. As you body becomes more relaxed and less anxious your thought processes will return to normal.

Increased depression & suicidal feelings
Depression is a word that is commonly misused to describe a variety of conditions. I hear many people in every day life who say, "I am depressed, I feel terrible, I am so fed up". This is, in most cases, not depression. Depression is a series of chemical imbalances that create a clinical illness that has strong links with anxiety disorders and can be a side effect of them. Anxiety has many features of depression and can mimic it quite strongly. When someone goes to the doctor complaining of feeling run down and fed up, it is all too easy to write a prescription for Prozac, Seroxat or another anti-depressant. I wonder how many people are on anti-depressants who just needed to reassess and restructure their lives.

Aggression
When you feel tired, ill, fed up and held back by your condition you are bound to feel angry. One of the main causes of true anger is actually sadness. Think back to a situation that has made you feel anger, if you dissect that event you might find that the true reason for feeling so angry was a feeling of sadness. Aggression is a normal reaction to fear also, the fight or flight response prepares us to either run or fight, sometimes to fight may seem to be the best response.

Symptoms like 'flu'
Influenza causes the body to release anti-bodies into the blood stream to attack the virus. This combination of anti-bodies and infection makes the body feel weak, sweaty and painful. Anxiety can have a similar effect, weakening the muscles, making you clammy and achy. Believe it or not the more you do physically the better this will become.

Distorted vision
In order to prepare the body for impending danger, adrenaline release causes many physical changes. During the anxiety response the body prepares the eyes to notice any slight movements; it does this by dilating the pupils allowing more light to enter. This is why anxious people become more sensitive to bright light and often wear sunglasses to minimize the eyestrain it causes.

Disturbed hearing
This is called tinitus and is usually experienced as whistling or screeching noises in either or both ears.

Hormone problems
Anxiety can affect various systems of the body, one of which is the endocrine system. This system is responsible for balancing the glands, which secrete hormones in the body. Although these glands secrete the hormones needed by the body, they do not control the levels of these chemicals, this is done by the brain. Disturbed messages in the brain and nervous system can cause slight irregularities in the secretion of these chemicals.

When anxiety levels return to normal so will the hormone levels. There are few examples where these hormones cause serious problems and if they do your doctor can correct them.

Women may find that their menstrual cycle is temporarily effected and men may find that they have mood swings whilst testosterone levels are affected.

Headaches & feelings of having a tight band around head
As discussed earlier, tension in the neck and shoulders can cause immense discomfort, migraine and numbness. The feeling of having a tight band around your head is caused by muscular tension in the sheath of muscles covering the skull. Restricted blood vessels and nerves within this tissue can cause very severe symptoms including pain in the eyes, face and teeth.

Sore eyes
Reduced lubrication in the eyes when body fluids are diverted elsewhere during anxiety causes the eyes to feel sore, dry and painful.

Agoraphobia
Agoraphobia is a natural response to anxiety and self-preservation. If we feel threatened we tend to retreat to somewhere safe, like a tortoise into its shell. In anxiety it is important to gain control of this response as soon as you feel it developing. Avoidance of situations is not an effective tool in the fight against agoraphobia.

Hallucinations
Mostly experienced by people in withdrawal, hallucinations can be very frightening indeed if you do not understand what they are and where they come from. Hallucinations are another example of transient symptoms. If you are in withdrawal they will pass, if you are not in withdrawal consult your doctor, as they may be a side effect of the drugs that you have been prescribed.

Creeping or pins and needles sensations in The skin
The nerve endings in your skin are alive with electrical impulses, these can feel like creeping sensations, pins and needles or tickling, they are the result of confused nerve impulses and cannot harm you.

Increased sensitivity to light, sound, touch, and smell
All of these sensitivities are to prepare your senses to see, smell, hear and feel more when in impending danger during the fight or flight response. All of these feeling are unusual but not dangerous, they are temporary and will return to normal as your anxiety levels reduce.

Hyperactivity
Hyperactivity is a way of describing a range of symptoms that cause you to feel as if you need to talk faster and do things faster. It can make you feel confused and irrational and can make you do things that you would not usually do. This is a common feature of anxiety and drug withdrawal and will pass in time.

Dramatic increase in sexual feelings
As the brain copes with disturbed and confused messages from all around the body, some of the mind's thought processes can become a little distorted or exaggerated. Sexual thoughts and emotions are typically very strong even when in good health, they are what drive the attraction mechanism when we meet people we find attractive and create the sexual feelings we feel for some people.

Pain in the face or jaw that resembles a toothache
The term 'face ache' comes from this feature of anxiety. Most of this symptom is caused by tension, not only in the face, neck and shoulders, which can refer pain to the jaw and teeth, but also in the jaw itself.

Derealisation and Depersonalisation
These are both symptoms, which affect the way you experience yourself. Derealisation is the sensation that you and everything around you is not real or dreamy, as if you are seeing everything through a fog or some kind of filter. It has been noticed that people experience both depersonalisation and derealisation during panic. It seems that some people dissociate first which then causes panic and derealisation.

When Panic Attacks: CALM DOWN - focus - move on

Panic Disorder Signs And Symptoms:
http://www.way2hope.org/mental-health/panic-disorder-symptoms.htm

Also known as panic attacks, this anxiety disorder is known for sudden, intense episodes of fear, lasting from minutes to hours. The typical symptoms of panic disorder are at least four of the following within 10 minutes: 1. Feeling detached, 2. Dizziness, 3. Shortness of breath, 4. Feelings of unreality, 5. Pounding heart or palpitations, 6. fear of dying, 7. trembling, 8. fear of losing control, 9. Sweating, chills, hot flashes, 10. Chest discomfort. 11. Feeling of choking, 12. Numbness or tingling, 13. Nausea.

These feelings are very real during the attack...so much so that many experience constant fear of another attack. In fact, many suffering panic disorder seek treatment for heart attack. Because of the severe feelings, it's common for patients to alter their lives to avoid attacks.

Panic Disorder Causes:
While no one knows the exact causes, genetics and family relationships seem to be risk factors. Women are twice as likely as men to suffer from panic disorder. Some forms of substance abuse can cause panic symptoms.

Panic Disorder Treatment:
Examination for physical conditions should be done, first, to eliminate physical causes and determine if substance abuse is a factor. Doctors can provide a number of medications to control this disorder. Other psychological therapies can help you understand and control your experience.

Panic Disorder Self Help:
Nothing can replace a good diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, regular exercise and regular sleep, as self-help steps for panic disorder. Also, practice mental imagery of relaxing and calming situations, so, if a panic attack happens, you'll be ready to use these relaxing thoughts to alter your feelings. At first, this may seem silly or useless. You feel like you're dying, and this online idiot says to think happy thoughts. Once you know panic disorder is something that happens in your mind, you know you'll have to fight it in your mind. 2,000 years ago, a guy named Saul of Tarsus wrote that you could achieve a peace beyond all understanding by thinking uplifting, noble, praiseworthy and good thoughts. More recently, some guy in a white jacket copied his idea and called it cognitive therapy. Whether you want to call it religion or science...it has worked for thousands of years.

Total Healing:
Mental health conditions can be frustrating and confusing...sometimes even fatal. We both know there are no quick fixes, whether medicine, nutrition, or anything else. Complete healing is possible...from God. If you want God's help with this or any problem, go to Help From God.

When do you discipline yourself without other's intervention?

Signs Of A Controlling Relationship
http://www.way2hope.org/family-articles/signs-controlling-relationship.htm

We've all experienced one type of controlling relationship or another. Sometimes, though, the control goes too far, and one person begins to feel manipulated or intimidated. In these cases, it's good to understand how to manage your side of the relationship and turn it around. That's what this article is all about.

Many Types Of Controlling Relationships: Normal controlling relationships are by choice or necessity. It's necessary to be in control of your infant or toddler, for instance. True harm comes when a parent fails to exercise that control. People choose to be controlled by their employers, even when they think the boss is wrong. That's an economic choice! Normal controlling relationships exist in schools and churches, even in government. What we're going to concentrate on are the abnormal controlling relationships, and what to do about them.

Signs Control Has Gone Too Far: Everywhere normal controlling relationships exist, abnormal control is possible. Some people just can't tell the difference. There's the controlling pastor who goes so far as to tell people who they can marry. Everyone has met at least one government autocrat who uses his tiny cubicle to terrorize anyone unfortunate enough to need his signature. These are so obvious as to be cliché. What are the signs, though, when what you thought was a normal relationship, becomes controlling?

The controllers rarely know! They're operating from a deep need to lord it over others based in things they're often unaware of. It could be a small man trying to compensate for his size, or someone who was an abandoned child needing to have people beholding to him. The fact is, controllers feel so intensely inadequate, the only way they approach "normal" in their minds is to be in charge of everything and everyone. There is nothing more threatening to them than a differing opinion. They will control with whatever tools they can find. The usual tools are authority, age, intimidation, relationship, threat, manipulation, money, or political influence.

The signs that someone is trying to control you are pretty simple. Basically, do they accept and respect your decision or do they use one of the tools above to change your mind? Maybe you don't notice it at first, but you find yourself trying to twist and rationalize yourself away from what you think in order to accommodate the controller. Controllers use the fact that everyone wants to get along, to pressure people into going along with them, when they don't agree. Sometimes you know you're in a controlling relationship when you hesitate to offer your opinion for fear of a controversy..."better let the controller speak and avoid trouble." Generally, the greater fear the controlee has, the more threatening and bullying the controller is. This can quickly grow into abuse as one becomes too timid to do or say anything but what the other wants. These kinds of relationships are most common between spouses or parents and children.

Two Sides of A Controlling Relationship: Even in family relationships where one person seeks to dominate, there are always two sides to the controlling relationship. Small children have no choice at first, but as they grow, they need to assert themselves and face their fears or they will suffer and struggle their whole lives. Bullies will continue until someone faces them down. I was 18 until I finally faced down my abusive father. Afterwards, he was docile and even friendly toward me. In a marriage, if one person is allowed to control everything, there is no way love can grow. The relationship will become abusive or the controlee, seeing no other recourse, will leave, to the great surprise of the controller, who thought the relationship was near perfect. The fact is, the controlees have more power than they're willing to use.

How To Turn It Around: The controlees, in fact, have all the power. Remember that people are controllers to compensate for a feeling of inadequacy. Once the controlee understands this, it can be a powerful tool to keep from being controlled. Now, you're not fooling me...some of you want to be controlled to avoid responsibility for your own decisions, but you're not who this article is for. For those who want to end this form of psychological imprisonment, you can. Just say no, calmly, consistently, uncompromisingly, no! At times when you agree, agree, but NEVER change your mind in the face of any kind of pressure.

If the controller continues and increases the pressure, let him know you feel he doesn't respect you or your opinion. If your controller keeps on, let him know, if he doesn't change the way he behaves, you'll have to end the relationship. You can't compromise with a controller...all you can do is submit. I suspect, if you wanted to continue doing that, you wouldn't have read this far. Frankly, if these tactics don't change the behavior of the controller in your life, the only thing you can do is put the controller out of your life. Frankly, if these tactics don't change the controller in your life, you were never important to that controller...just a placeholder for them to assert their need to dominate. Get away, stay away, and work to build your self-esteem so no one can put you in that position again.

I want you to know there is someone who can help, who loves you and wants only the best for you. That someone is God. If you want help from God, just click on Help Me God.

On the other hand, what are the benefits of Insecurities & Nervousness?

Overcoming Insecurities And Nervousness
http://www.way2hope.org/overcoming_insecurities-nervousness.htm

Whether we want to reduce speaker nervousness or eliminate the insecurity that makes us doubt someone's love, probably all of us feel our life would improve if we could eliminate the little insecurities and nerves we almost constantly battle. If I'm describing you, you're at the right page. We'll define insecurity and nervousness, discuss signs and symptoms, cover some of the causes and learn about controlling and overcoming insecurities and nervousness.

How Do We Define Insecurity and Nervousness?
Insecurities and Nervousness are emotions that serve us well most of the time. They can be described as little caution flags that come up as we encounter risky circumstances in life. If you ever felt insecure when a friend was knocking a beehive with a stick, you probably benefited from that insecurity. Maybe someone at a party made you feel nervous, so you left, later to hear that he had done something harmful or mean. Again, the feelings were helpful for you. In fact, a person who genuinely feels no insecurities or nervousness is probably very dangerous to be around. Carnival rides like roller coasters, in fact, play with these emotions for the enjoyment of the rider. These are normal levels of insecurities and nervousness. Here are some top-selling books on insecurities and nervousness.

These feelings become a problem when they are there all the time or when their presence prevents us from enjoying the challenges and risks of life. Risks, like roller coasters, can be enjoyed. Insecurity and nervousness must be controlled when the emotions rob you of the joy, limit your performance, or limit your willingness to participate at all.

Signs and Symptoms of Insecurity and Nervousness:
Persistence: When feelings of insecurity and nervousness are there almost all the time regardless of the situation, it usually means you have a bad worry habit or a mild anxiety problem. Severe anxieties can be very limiting, so, if you suspect you have a severe anxiety, see Anxiety Management Help-Natural.
Limited Performance: It's normal to blow it under stressful situations from time to time. It isn't normal to blow it all the time...this is performance limiting nervousness. People get this in situations from speaking to sports, and from dating to doctor visits. If you blow it regularly because of nervousness or insecurities, you should address the problem...especially if it is limiting your relationships or job performance.
Limited Participation: If nervousness or insecurities cause you to occasionally choose not to participate in a social activity or career task, these fear emotions are limiting your life. It's likely we're talking about a performance or social anxiety if it regularly prevents you from participating in normal activities.

What Are Some Causes of Nervousness and Insecurities...Does Low Self-Esteem Play a Role? Some people have experienced a serious loss or tragedy in the past that skews how they see everything since. This is usually the root of a serious anxiety disorder rather than nervousness or insecurities. I had a friend who lost a leg in an auto accident and, from then on, was very agitated every time she got in a car...this is an anxiety...not just insecurity. Low self-esteem is usually the chief cause of nervousness and insecurity problems. It's rooted in the feelings of fear about "measuring up" or doing something embarrassing. The bad news is...you won't measure up to your standard of perfection and you will do embarrassing things. The good news is...everyone is in the same boat. This is very good news...read it again. This means that there is nothing unusual about a little flub every now and then. Try to relax!

Controlling and Overcoming Insecurities and Nervousness:
Remember the roller coaster...how we tricked our mind into thinking we were in danger? Nervousness and insecurities are like our minds tricking us into thinking there is danger when there isn't. This gives us tremendous control over our insecurities. Instead of thinking 'what if?' we learn to think 'So what!' Most performers (speakers, singers, etc.) feel there performance isn't up to par if they don't have significant nervousness beforehand. It's what gives them a dramatic edge. Even their mistakes are entertaining. No one sees your mistakes like you do. I remember feeling particularly insecure for a few months and finally asked my wife if she was disappointed in me or felt I was a failure. She said she was in awe of me, and then listed a half dozen of my accomplishments that she felt were amazing. If you've read this article, you'll understand I had trouble accepting her picture of me. I still have insecurities and nervousness, but now I know it's just my mind taking me on a roller-coaster ride. You can have the same attitude change about your insecurities.

If this isn't enough, then pull your calendar out and build a task list. List all of life's normal things that make you feel nervous or insecure...and do them! Yes, do them! Prove to yourself that the World will not come to an end. Do them regularly and repeatedly. The bigger the insecurity, the more you have to confront it. You won't believe the power you'll get from doing all the things that fear kept you from in the past. This will build your self-esteem like nothing else. Sometimes our nervousness and insecurities are so ingrained we need extra help...help from God to break the grip they have on us. If you'd like God's help, click on Help From God.

Interfaith Movement

Interfaith Movement
The United Religions joins a rapidly growing community of interfaith organizations. Leaders and practioners are putting their faith into action for global good.

Interfaith is a way to organize, a way to connect, commit and create community among people from different faith traditions. Its practioners are diverse and approaches to actualizing interfaith range from gathering World Leaders to mobilizing grassroots communities.

The modern story of Interfaith begins in Chicago at the Parliament of the World's Religions in 1893. Remarks from Hindu Swami Vivekananda adressing the necessary transcendence of bigotry and sectarianism between religions inspired much of what we now recognize as the interfaith movement.

Rev. Marcus Braybrooke, a scholar of interfaith, describes it as follows:

Religion too often has been used to justify killing people in ?holy? wars, crusades and persecution. The interfaith movement recognizes that God is present in every religion. It believes that people of faith and good will must cooperate to break down religious prejudice and work together for a better world.

Local, National and International Interfaith groups are working:

To provide accurate information about religions in colleges and schools, dispelling ignorance and prejudice
To enable people of different religions to meet and become friends
To develop social welfare and harmony in communities
To protect human rights and the environment
To seek an economic and world order based on moral values shared by religions
To end all violence in the name of religion and to work for peace, justice and reconciliation.
Vision
We seek a world:

where no one lives in fear of violence;
where no one goes to bed thirsty or hungry or without shelter;
where no one is imprisoned or tortured for their beliefs;
where the animal world and the earth are revered.
This will be a world based on the ethical teaching of the great religions, which will inspire people everywhere to co-operate and live in harmony.

The New Age Movement: What Christians Should Know By Dr. Dale A. Robbins.

The New Age Movement:

For nearly two thousand years, Christians have pondered the end-time prophecy’s of the New Testament, and especially the revelation of John. In his apocalyptic writing he described the coming of a diabolical world leader called the “Beast” or the “Antichrist,” who would arise among a one world religion and government in the last days (Rev. 13:2).

During the recent years of international turmoil and crisis, an enormous neopolitical/religious order, called the New Age movement, has quietly emerged. They are made up of a world-wide network of thousands of cooperating organizations. They are united under the common bond of esoteric or occult teachings, with the goal of forming a “one world order.”

Many students of Bible prophecy have carefully watched the development of this movement, and feel that this may very well be that predicted entity from which the Antichrist will emerge.

A Brief History of the New Age Movement

The origin of the movement dates back to at least 1875 with the theosophical teachings of Helena Petrovna Blavatsky, and later in the 1920’s with the teachings of Alice Ann Bailey. The Theosophical Society, as it was called, espoused the abolishment of Christianity, Judaism and Islam, promoting the unity of other world religions. They claimed that their teachings were revealed by “spirit” or elemental guides (demons). They emphasized heavily the evolution of a self deified, master aryan society, and a one world “new age” religion and social order.

In 1922, Baily founded the “Lucifer Publishing Company,” which printed and distributed their teachings (Lucifer was Satan’s first name). These teachings were very complete in their intent and goals. Step by step they plotted the coming new age with instructions for the institution of the necessary new world order.

Baily’s teachings established the symbol of a rainbow as their identification sign, and discussed extensively, plans for religious war, forced redistribution of the world’s resources, mass planetary initiations, theology for a new world order, world-wide disarmament, and elimination of obstinate religions. She even discussed the sacredness of the new world leader’s number, 666 (the number of the Beast).

The Present New Age Movement

Today, the New Age movement appears to be a loose knit group of innocent organizations with ambiguous goals or leadership. But beneath the surface there is a definite, organized, secret leadership and strategy which guides the vast movement. The main body of leadership resides in an organization called “The Planetary Initiative For The World We Choose.”

One of their most celebrated demonstrations of unity and public relations occurred on August 16-17, 1988. Over eighty million New Agers unified themselves for what was called the largest assembly of mass meditation in history. Widely reported by the news media, the “Harmonic Convergence,” also referred to as the “Planetary Surrender,” occurred simultaneously in nearly every nation and major city. Led and organized largely by 144,000 Shamans, witches, witch doctors and a whole assortment of New Age mystics, they joined in a period of meditation agreement for the release of “spiritual forces” which would bring about their desire for a “one world government and world religion.” Only two years earlier, on December 31, 1986, a slightly smaller gathering of fifty million New Age adherents joined in meditation for the purpose to “alter the manner which humanity understands reality.”

In actuality, these gatherings of meditation were acts of worship and service to the Devil. One can only imagine what kind of demons and evil spiritual forces were unleashed upon the world as witch doctors, shamans and mystics called upon the powers of darkness to distort humanity’s perception of truth.

Is it no wonder that evil and wickedness has intensified in the world since that time? Think of the power of God that could be released if eighty million Christians combined their faith in one massive prayer meeting!

Who They Are And What They Believe

Publications which list the numerous cooperating groups are the “Spiritual Community Guide,” and “The New Age Magazine,” with thousands of listings. New agers claim that all mind science groups are a part of the new age. They also include various occult groups, mystic religions, witchcraft organizations, pagan religions, ecological organizations, neopolicital and secular organizations. In the U.S. and Canada over ten thousand organizations are identified as New Age, such as “Amnesty International, Greenpeace, The Sierra Club, Zero Population, The Guardian Angels,” and thousands of other secular and religious organizations. Other groups synonymous with the New Age are “The Age of Aquarius, The Aquarian Conspiracy, The Human Potential Movement, The Holistic Movement, Humanistic Psychology,” and a host of others.

The modern New Age movement has a definite agenda which has been agreed upon by their constituents. Adopted much after the same original ideals as Alice Ann Baily, the manifesto of the New Age movement calls for a:

(1) New world order
(2) Universal credit card system
(3) World food authority
(4) World Health Authority
(5) World water authority
(6) Universal tax
(7) Universal military draft
(8) Abolishing of Christianity, Judaism and Islam
(9) One world leader

After extensive analysis of its teachings and goals, expert political scientists agree that the New Age movement parallels the ideals and philosophy of Nazism of the 1930’s and 1940’s. New Age writings even claim that leaders such as Adolph Hitler and Jim Jones were disciples of the movement. Before the Jonestown, Guyana massacre, Jones’ Peoples Temple was listed as a New Age “Spiritual Center,” in the “Spiritual Community Guide” (a handbook for New Agers).

The Coming Antichrist

In the late 1980’s, prominent New Agers, David Spangler and Benjamin Creme ran full page ads in many of the world’s newspapers announcing the soon appearance of the “Christ.” This personality was introduced as the “Lord Maitraya,” alleged to be a world-class “messiah” and great teacher whom they claimed would bring world peace and solutions to the worlds problems. To date, their Maitraya has not yet emerged as a celebrated leader, and may not. But the aspirations of Creme, Spangler and other New Agers are clearly seen. They are seeking a man, whether god or devil, who will be their image of a messiah, coming to save the planet.

Finally, what we know about the New Age movement so far is this: It is extremely large and is made up of an extensive network of mystic, occultish figures devoted to the goals of a forced global government and religion. They have expressed their rejection and hostility toward Christianity and other major religions, and seek to establish a universal leader who will fulfill the description of a satanic deity.

Truly there has never been a more ideal environment to produce that man of deception, the personification of the Devil himself. And if this is the organization of the Beast, we know that this means the rapture, the tribulation period, and the second coming of Jesus Christ is close at hand (2 Thes. 2:2-9, Rev. 13:11-18).

Aquarian Age & World Government by G Kumar

It is generally believed that the Aquarian Age started in the year 2000, 2160 years roughly being the Age of a Sign. The Piscean age started at around 200 BCE ( Before Common Era ). Let us study the symbolisms of the Piscean and the Aquarian Ages. As the Earth's precession is 72 degrees per degree, 2160 years is an Age Cycle. 25920 years ( 12*2160) is a Precessional Cycle or a Great Plato Year or an Aeon.

Pisces means Fishes and Jesus was the Redeemer of the Piscean Age. The Piscean Age emphasized Faith. The two fishes of Pisces indicate Dualism and during this
time, the conflict between Religion & Science intensified as Science rose against blind Faith. The belief in an external God was rejected by Science.

Aquarius is ruled by two planets in Astrology - Uranus & Saturn. Uranus represents Independence and Saturn Universal Humanism. Humanism postulates that no dogma or political doctrine can save you; only you can save yourself. If you save yourself, you save society, you save the nation and the Planet Earth ! In other words, Universal Humanism will be the hallmark of the Aquarian Age.

The astrologic scholar Jeff Jawer remarks that the Aquarian Age has not arrived in his article " On The Cusp between Pisces and Aquarius. " The first Venus Transit occurred in 2004 & the next one will be in 2012. These 8 years will be like the Dark Night of the Soul, a chaotic period of purgatorial suffering as the Planet Earth goes through a dark phase.

Dr Jose Arguelles, the scholar who brought the concept of Harmonic Convergence, also thinks that the enlightening Age of Aquarius will dawn on 2012.

The famous song on Aquarian Age states thus:

When the moon is in the Seventh House
And Jupiter aligns with Mars
Then peace will guide the planets
And love will steer the stars!

This is the dawning of the age of Aquarius
The age of Aquarius
Aquarius!
Aquarius!

All freethinkers are excited about the New Aquarian Age where Wisdom will blossom and importance will be on Self development, Self Transformation, Self Realization & Self Actualization. Gone are the days of dogma & Blind Faith. Personal transformation will result in Planetary Transformation !

Dante, Bernard Shaw & Alice Bailey had highlighted in their writings that a World Government is the only solution to achieve permanent World Peace. Mahesh Yogi inaugurated the World Government in 1975 in Seelisberg, Switzerland ( " In response to the call of time, a global organization has been structured, the non-political, the non-religious World Government which has the knowledge and expertise to create an ideal society" ). Foster Bailey, the husband of Alice Bailey, said that " Free Masonry is the descendent of a United World Religion, a divinely imparted Religion. Then came separativeness and religions. Now we are striving for a United World Order" There is also a move to create a World Stock Market & to control all governments in the world. The foundations behind the United Nations are spiritual. The Global Oneness Movement is gaining momentum and a Council of Global Governance has been constituted with Maurice Strong as the President.

Dr Wilhmhurst saw the dawning of the Aquarian Age as the fulfillment of the Plan and said that Free Masonry may be the vehicle for that fulfillment. Wise people point out that the New Age Movement is the Universal Religion which H G Wells predicted would one day take over mankind.

The hand of the Mysteries controlled the establishment of the United States Government and the signature of the Mysteries may still be seen on the Great Seal of the United States of America. The Seal discloses a mass of Masonic symbols, chiefly amongst them the American Eagle, which is a conventionalized phoenix. The U S Supreme Court Justice Felix Frankfurter said " The real rulers in Washington are invisible and exercise power from behind the scenes ".

The Third Testament

The New Age has been referred to as the Third Testament. While the Old & the New Testaments emphasized that Truth is Freedom ( Veritas vos Liberabit), New Age Philosophy avers that Knowledge alone is Freedom. Self Knowledge or Knowledge of the Absolute Self alone can make you free! Global Oneness alone can save the world. Globalists alone can bring a planetary transformation and not those
who champion the cause of a Nation or a Civilisation.

Some prominent globalists are Jeremy Rifkin, Norman Cousins, Elizabeth Clare Prophet, John Denver, George Lucas, Norman Lear, Alice Bailey, Alvin Toffler, Dr. Barbara Ray, Benjamin Creme, Levi Dowling, George Trevelyan, Fritjof Capra, Abraham Maslow, Barbara Marx Hubbard, Ruth Montgomery, Shirley MacLaine, J.Z. Knight, Marilyn Ferguson, David Spangler, Nelson Mandela & Gorbachev.

Marilyn Ferguson in her book ' The Aquarian Conspiracy' remarks that the New Age Revolution is a Movement which is characterized by ' no political doctrines, no manifesto'. It is a Movement 'more universal than reform' and 'more profound than a revolution! ' The main characteristic of the New Aquarian Age will be Spiritual Democracy. Global integration has been achieved via the Net, which implements the Global Village Concept. The Wonder - the World Wide Web - is the true World Encyclopedia !
